i had a whole other post planned today
taking off from where i was going on twitter
but at 8pm i got hit with vertigo
and that basically knocked me out
the nausea was so extreme...
after taking a homeopathic remedy i found from the last time
i was able to actually do my watercolors
i just wasn't comfortable ending the day without at least trying

Sorry about your vertigo, but it's good to know you have a recipe for a remedy. I guess I am lucky; vertigo is one thing that does not come visit me.
