sorting out the flowers,
somewhat like playing with my (dearly departed) worm box,
is satisfying & comforting & grounding

recognizing necessities

finally bit the bullet
and reformatted my computer
i am sure the time spent reinstalling
(and losing a few things)
will be less than the endless hours rebooting
and waiting for things to load
